20 drops jasmine essential oil Silicon mold or soap mold Instructions:

2-3cdrops of soap colouring if desired

Scent Choice for Loofah Soap

Any skin safe essential oil with a soothing scent would be fine to use making these soaps. Lavender is relaxing in the bath too. Lemongrass and orange are also great choices for bath soaps. Pick one you enjoy that seems a natural fit for the color you make the soaps.

Instructions

1. Begin by slicing your loofah into six equal slices with a bread knife, and squishing a slice of loofah into each soap mold. Any round-ish shape will do.

2. Now chop up your soap base. Place your soap bits in a glass container and microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring each time.

3. Once the soap is completely liquid, add the essential oil and a few drops of soap dye, if you want to.

4. Simply pour the melted soap mixture into the mold, making sure to pour on all sides of the loofah - covering it completely.

5. After an hour or two, the soap will be set up and ready-to-use!
